Email Marketing Design
Get the most out of your marketing campaigns with bespoke email templates tailored to your brand.
Our custom email design service includes:
Custom image-based layout that can be exported and uploaded into your email software.
Sliced images or responsive html-based layout created in Mailchimp.
(3 email minimum. Upload to Mailchimp and scheduling charged separately.)
Design Days are 8 hours of focused work on your website.
What’s included:
Complimentary pre-booking consultation call, to discuss your project and discover if what you’d like to achieve is suitable for a Design Day.
A confirmed date in the calendar.
A 1:1 planning meeting to draw up your website wishlist and to-do list for the day.
8 hours dedicated solely on your website project.
2 hours worth of revisions within the next week, for any tweaks that are required.
(Note: Please be aware, you are booking a set amount of time not a finished result. Extra days of half days can be added to complete your project if required.)

Prior to the start of any of our services, we’ll need your Brand Style Guide / info about your brand identity, access to quality images, and website copy. Custom development outside of the template theme may be quoted separately.
01. Consult & Propose
We will kick things off with a consultation to get to know your business and project goals.
02. Design & Refine
Then we gather all of your branding assets (colors, fonts, and guidelines) and get to work!
03. Present & Refine
Next, we present your fully realized layout complete with design rationale. Refining as needed.
04. Finalize & Launch 🚀
Once your new website layout is approved, we’ll get have it build out and ready to share with the world!

From there, we will contact you via email and ask for any additional details to better understand your goals. Sometimes a phone call or zoom meeting will be requested. If we feel we can assist, we will send you a custom proposal that will outline how we can reach your goals as well as the project scope, timeline, and payment.

We require your brand identity, images, and website copy before we start designing your website.
We can help source free images for certain projects.

Every project is unique. If you have a set deadline that needs to be met, please let us know right away and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

To guarantee accuracy, we ask clients to provide finalized copy for all projects.

Your project total will be broken down into two equal payments. We require a 50% deposit of your total project price upon booking. Final payment is due prior to the final files being delivered.
For smaller projects or one-off design services, only one invoice may be provided.
